Patent Searching can be like looking for a needle in a haystack....

...IPS has the magnet to find your needle

Choose Your Search Mode

Simple searching lets you quickly find patents with relatively obscure terms. Looking for all the patents on nanoceramics? Trying to find the composition of a particular ceramic? Needing to know is someone has invented the particular amplifier that you have been working on? Simple searching quickly searches through numerous United States and international databases to find what you are looking for.
Sometimes you know what you are looking for. Be in an inventor, attorney, specific term in the claims, IPS can help you find it. Advanced searching gets your results when you need to take a more directed search approach.

Sometimes when you don't have an obvious term term, sometimes you have to get creative in how you search. Combination and permutation searching is something IPS can help with.

Get Your Results

Results are located and listed and color coded by patent number, application number, or other unique identifier.

At a glance, know where the patents you have found are coming from, whether the art has issued as a patent, is pending as an application, or has been filed internationally.

Click on any patent to preview the text of the patent, export a list of patents, or download all the patents in your search.

Use Your Results

Finding the patent without being able to view the patent is not helpful. Clicking on a patent brings up the preview (right). Clicking "download" gives you both the images of the patent and the text of the patent (below). Patents are always searchable, so you can find the needle you are looking for quickly.
IPS excels at finding, downloading, and displaying information related to the patents you are looking for.
